GET OVER IT!!!
I've decided to go on a diet. My goal is to lose approximately 170 pounds of heartache. This weight has been on for over a year and I am not being fair to myself by continuing to carry it around. It is only having a negative impact, therefore...its getting kicked to the curb! My diet will look something like this...
-no obsessing over what happened in the past, or why it happened
-daily dose of positive self talk about the future
-no wondering what he is doing, where he is, or who he's with...the focus is on ME!
-meet new people
-try new things
-exercise to get rid of my emotions, and physically make myself feel better
-talk to friends, family, therapist, or even write on my blog/journal about current feelings b/c its ok to be sad
Just as any other diet, this will take dedication, and discipline. But, I want to become a better person... I want to learn from this.
No longer is this about HE, or WE.
its finally becoming about me.
