I swear this morning, as I was pushing the trash out to the curb (today is Garbage day in Beautiful Kapolei, Hawaii) I heard the distinct sound of a "frog" sneezing. I can't imitate the sound so just imagine for yourself! So, it's like 5 am, dark, no neighbors around and I CANNOT resist, I have to get a picture of this! I ran into the house and grabbed my cell phone. I take a quick look around to make sure I am alone (Last thing I need is the neighbors seeing the token neighborhood lesbian taking pictures of the inside of her trash can at 5 am) then,  confident the coast was clear, I flipped open the lid and looked in with a sick sense of excitement. AWWWWW Poor Green Froggy, look at you, no wonder you're sneezing...who in the world had the nerve to empty the vacuum cleaner canister on top of you like that?? Since I was there to snap a photo of the Fallen Froggy,  I wiped away the vacuum dust and aimed the lens. CLICK! ...OK BYE GREEN FROGGY...hmmmm...Maybe just one more photo, a keepsake of Green Froggy and Pink Hippo together one last time before Green Froggy is transferred to his new home at the landfill..OH I MUST...I picked him up, took him into the house and fetched Pink Hippo....giving her the lowdown as we walked...

"OK look Hippo, he's not staying, he's not coming back to you because he realized that you are his one and only, he is ONLY here because I am taking advantage of his vulnerable state and exploiting him for entertainment purposes only so don't get all excited when you see him. IN FACT, act like you could care less, because right after this picture, he's going straight to the trash can where he belongs".  She didn't say A WORD.....I sat her next to Green Froggy and she looked like she was going to puke. I snapped the picture and grabbed Green Froggy as fast as I could. I marched him right back to the trash can, threw him in and blew him a kiss goodbye. I closed the lid and that was that....
