I went out with the same guy (I'm going to call him V from now on) the other night. He's so cute and sweet. We were going out with his friends to a bar like 5 minutes from his house, but he drove to my town to pick me up - which I thought was really sweet. Because most of the recent guys that I've dated would have been like, can you drive here and pick me up so I can drink with my friends. It also garnered very high points from my mom (probably more so because F never came and picked me up and that's really fresh in here mind lol).

I had a really good time last night with him and his friends though. When V went to the bathroom one of his friends was like "So how do you like V? You know he's mentioned you quite a few times..." And they all were like really into the whole thing - so I thought that that was a promising side.

And he made me feel comfortable with his friends. Like he introduced me right away, made sure that he never left me alone to go off and do whatever. I thought that that was a really good sign because there have been times where I've felt so uncomfortable with guys and their friends and been  like: "Why the fuck am I here if you're going to leave me sitting on the couch by myself?" Like I was always included, which is a good thing.

My friends keep on asking me about V and I'm a little reluctant to even go into anything with them. I don't know why, but I don't want to jinx anything - and I feel like I always have all of these stories about guys. I have all of these dates that I go on and nothing ever really comes to be anything, so I'd like to keep this to myself for right now. I don't know what that really means though.

We have another date this weekend and I'm excited for it =).
